The Royal College of Psychiatry in Ireland has a range of information about common mental health problems.

Aware is a national voluntary organisation providing support through depression. The organisation undertakes to create a society where people with depression are understood and supported, are free from stigma, and have access to a broad range of appropriate therapies to enable them to reach their full potential.
Services include support groups nationwide, a loCall Helpline open 365 days a  year (both services available to individuals with depression and also family  members and friends)  For more information call 01 661 7211

Headspace is an interactive website for young people who are inpatients of mental health services.

The Irish Mental Health Coalition campaigns for better health care for people experiencing mental health problems.

The Foundation for People with Learning Disabilities offers information about mental health and learning disability.

HeadsUp is a mental health promotion project which aims to contribute to suicide prevention efforts by providing timely, appropriate information and support to young people. It provides a wide range of initiatives aimed primarily at 15-24 year olds.
