Understanding and Managing Stress in the Workplace
A three hour course that introduces participants to the causes and effects of stress at work. Effective stress management techniques are taught including Thought Field Therapy, a technique used by Paul McKenna to change responses to stressful situations.
Effectively Managing Stress in the Workplace
A more advanced level of training to follow the above course. This session helps participants to address particular issues and to work out individual stress management plans using a range of different techniques including Mindfulness.
